Here is an easy fix for Dynamics CRM customers experiencing this error. If you want to be super sure you have the right error, check your event log, and there should be an error saying something to the effect that the WRPC Key Renewal failed.
1. 1. Start -> Run -> CMD
2. Type: “cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Tools” hit enter
3. Type in: Microsoft.Crm.Tools.WRPCKeyRenewal.exe /R and press enter.
That should take care of the "Invalid Action" Error. Yay.
